CPA

Michele K. Cyron

CPA – Owner

Michele Cyron established the firm in 1993 under the name Michele K. Cyron CPA. In 2012, the firm was renamed to Cyron & Company. As owner, Michele specializes in building client relationships and consulting with small to mid-size businesses on their accounting and business practices. Michele started her career at Big 4 firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers. She then moved into the tax provision of a local bank before establishing her own firm. Michele has earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs (PICPA). She is also a past Board Member and Treasurer of Southern Chester County YMCA and Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce and Board Member of Oxford Area Chamber of Commerce. Outside of the office, Michele enjoys spending time with family, yoga, reading, and pottery.

Jeff Cyron

Manager

Jeff joined Cyron & Company in 2018. He has over six years of experience in taxation as well as audit, review, and compilation services. He started his career with Horty and Horty, P.A. and has spent the last three years at Stephano Slack, LLC. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of South Carolina. While not working, Jeff enjoys playing golf, ice hockey, and traveling.

Karen Fenster

Manager

Karen joined the Cyron & Company team in 2014. She has expertise in working with clients on QuickBooks® and QuickBooks® Online, as she is a Certified ProAdvisor in QuickBooks® Online. She handles write-up work, reconciliations, training in QuickBooks®, and conversions from desktop or other accounting software to QuickBooks® Online. Before joining the firm, Karen worked as an Accountant at El Paso Energy. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Houston Baptist University. In her free time, Karen enjoys reading, traveling and going for long walks.

Olga Samsonov

Client Service Specialist/Bookkeeper

Olga joined Cyron & Company in 2019. Olga has almost 10 years experience in client-facing administration positions. She spent 3 years working with a local car dealership as their Warranty Administrator and 6 years as an Office Administrator for an in home care company. Her experience in fast-paced, client-focused positions has given her the opportunity to grow into our customer care expert, helping each of our clients to have an excellent experience with Cyron & Company. Olga completed her high school education in the Ukraine. After hours she enjoys reading and spending time with her children.
